长春天成电子技术有限公司是专门从事公安政法系统软件开发、系统集成的高新技术企业,由其研制的《派出所综合信息管理系统》被中国软件行业协会评为全国优秀软件,并于1997年3月被公安部确定为全国统一版本,在全国范围推广。《刑侦综合信息管理系统》是从刑侦信息管理的总体出发,在囊括CCIC全部业务需求的高度上,基于WINDOWS 95平台,采用先进的面向目标的数据库技术和Dephi编程工具,研制开发的全新的、弹性的管理系统。该系统并不局限于情报信息资料的采集和整理,而是一套贯穿立案、侦查、破案全过程的实时的工作系统。
