小麦联合收获机广泛采用液压操作系统,麦收过后的维护保养应注意以下几点。1.方向沉重打不动。出现这种情况多为使用多年的收获机,偶而也可发生在新机上。新收获机一般是在使用过程中因发动机转速变化而方向突然打不动,旧收获机是方向沉重而不动。方向沉重主要有两种原因,一是转向机有故障:二是单路稳定阀有故障。判断故障原因时可用发动机在高转速的情况下提升割台时转动方向盘的方法来判断。如果方向还是打不动,故障在转向机,多为转向机内转子被卡住所致。可检修、清洗转向机予以解决。如果方向盘能转动,则故障在单路稳定阀。主要是更换液压油不及时或者液压油比较脏,单路稳定阀体与阀套、阀芯之间有脏物卡住,或者是安全阀被脏物卡住所造成。排除的方法是清洗单路稳定阀,研磨安全阀。
