为实现赣州城市管理的法治化,保障和监督城市管理行政执法人员依法行使职权、履行职责,保护行政执法相对人合法权益,城市管理监督法治路径的探索势在必行。实现城市管理法制化,是科学管理城市的必然要求,必须建立和完善城管法规体系,提高公民的文明意识。
In order to realize the legalization of Ganzhou urban management, safeguard and supervise the city management, the administrative law enforcement officers exercise their functions and powers according to law, perform their duties and protect the lawful rights and interests of the counterparts in administrative law enforcement, the exploration of the path of urban management and supervision of the rule of law is imperative. To realize the legalization of urban management is an inevitable requirement for the scientific management of the city. We must establish and improve the urban management system and improve the awareness of civilizations.
