根据“三场”和计算,提出160kA电解槽的四点进电和缩短阴极碳块长度的设计方案。经加铜测定,四点进电且缩短阴极碳块槽比只缩短阴极碳块槽的电流效率约高1%左右,比同系列其它槽约高4.5%。给出了电流效率与阳极气体中CO_2含量的关系式,并试验得出电流效率与主要工艺参数关系的数学模型。
According to the “three fields” and calculation, put forward 160kA electrolytic cell four-point power and shorten the design of the cathode carbon block length. By adding copper determination, four points into the power and shorten the cathode carbon block than only shorten the cathode carbon block current efficiency about 1% higher than the other series of about 4.5% higher slot. The relationship between current efficiency and CO 2 content in anode gas is given, and a mathematical model of the relationship between current efficiency and main process parameters is obtained.
