上海自2011年起推出了“中小学家校互动体制机制创新”项目,市教委基教处、市教科院普教所等组成项目组,聚焦制度建设和机制创新,从完善家委会制度,建立学校、家庭、社区双向沟通制度,建立学生事务民主协商制度,建立和完善家长参与学校课程教学的制度以及建立家长、社区参与学校管理监督制度等五大领域入手,总结中小学家校互动的新经验。
