实现企业绿色管理价值观的软系统方法论

绿色管理既是绿色发展所要求的管理理念与方式的变革,也是企业对绿色价值观的回应。我国企业绿色管理存在的战略与执行难题,根源在于企业家未能进行系统思考且缺少系统管理方法论。企业绿色管理的软系统方法论将绿色价值内化入企业管理系统,通过描述绿色管理问题情景,考虑环境因素做出相关系统根定义并柔和变革企业系统结构,在循环学习中解决绿色管理问题。

Green management is not only the change of management philosophy and methods required by green development, but also the response of companies to green values. The problems in the strategy and implementation of the green management of Chinese enterprises are rooted in the fact that entrepreneurs have not been able to think systematically and lack system management methodology. The soft system methodology of the company’s green management internalizes the green value into the enterprise management system. It describes the green management problem scenario, considers the environmental factors to make the relevant system root definition, and gently changes the enterprise system structure, solving the green management problem in the loop learning.
