新生儿硬肿症（NS）是新生儿期严重疾病之一。我们采用单向琼脂扩散法测定60例NS患儿的血清免疫球蛋白（Ig）IgG、IgA、IgM水平，并与33例感染性疾病及30例健康足月儿脐血对照，旨在了解NS治疗前后、脐血、感染性疾病中的血清免疫球蛋白的变化与疾病自限的关系，现报道如下。1
Neonatal sclera (NS) is one of the serious neonatal diseases. We measured the serum immunoglobulin (Ig) IgG, IgA, IgM levels in 60 children with NS using unidirectional agar diffusion assay and compared with 33 infectious diseases and 30 healthy full-term children with cord blood in order to understand NS Before and after treatment, umbilical cord blood, infectious disease in serum immunoglobulin changes and disease self-limiting relationship, are reported below. 1
