芯片产业的实力在一定程度上体现着一个国家的科技水平。我国是电子产品制造和消费大国,快速增长的需求带动集成电路产业规模迅速扩大,并呈现出技术水准迅速提高,产业创新能力显著增强,产业结构日趋合理,领军人物纷纷涌现的良好局面。中国集成电路产业已经形成了IC设计、芯片制造、封装测试三业并举、协调发展的格局。
The strength of the chip industry to a certain extent reflects the level of science and technology of a country. China is a big country for the manufacture and consumption of electronic products. The rapidly growing demand has driven the scale of the integrated circuit industry to rapidly expand. And it has shown a rapid improvement in technical standards, a marked increase in industrial innovation ability, an increasingly rational industrial structure and the emergence of leading figures. China’s IC industry has formed IC design, chip manufacturing, packaging and testing of three industries simultaneously and coordinated development of the pattern.
