装甲车辆综合传动装置的摩擦片是一种非常复杂的盘类零件,常规加工方案工艺路线长,生产成本高,良品率低。为提高生产效率,降低成本,在装甲车辆综合传动装置摩擦片的试制过程中,采用了精密冲裁工艺及专用模具定型热处理的方法,缩短了零件加工工艺路线,使摩擦片的加工工艺由传统的15道工序减少到7道工序,降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率和良品率。同时,对弹簧钢精冲工艺的可行性进行了有益的探索,在高精度摩擦片批量生产中得到较好应用。
Armored vehicle integrated transmission friction plate is a very complex disk parts, conventional processing program long route, high production costs, low yield. In order to improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost, the precision blanking process and the special mold stereotyped heat treatment method are adopted during the trial manufacture of the friction plate of the integrated transmission of the armored vehicle to shorten the processing route of the part and make the machining process of the friction plate from the traditional 15 processes reduced to 7 processes, reducing production costs and improve production efficiency and yield. At the same time, the feasibility of the spring steel precision blanking process is explored beneficially, which is well applied in mass production of high-precision friction linings.
