设置急诊科“绿色通道”的初衷,无疑是要为急诊病人提供能够在最短的时间内得到最有效的检查和治疗,以减少病人的痛苦、增加危重疾病治愈的机会。然而,通过对北京市多家综合性医院急诊科的观察,笔者认为在建筑设计和管理制度上存在种种不尽如人意的方面。“绿色通道”亟待疏通: (一)科室配备欠齐全。有些临床科室在急诊不设常驻的值班医生,甚至根本没有诊室或专科检查设备。
The original intention of setting up the emergency department “green channel ” is undoubtedly to provide the emergency patients with the most effective examination and treatment in the shortest time so as to reduce the patient’s suffering and increase the chances of curing the critical illness. However, through the observation of the emergency department of many general hospitals in Beijing, I think there are various unsatisfactory aspects in the architecture design and management system. “Green Passage ” Urgent to clear: (A) Department is equipped with less than complete. Some clinical departments do not have permanent on-duty physicians in emergency situations or even no clinics or specialist examination equipment.
