本文介绍了用热浸镀法在钼丝上施加铝及铝硅合金(13%Si)后浸镀层的组织结构。浸镀试件在氧化与热震时的性能与组织变化。实验的结果表明钼丝在750℃浸镀铝硅合金一小时的试件一般可以在1250℃下连续工作60~100小时,最长的可达300小时之久。铝及铝硅保护层的氧化破坏主要的是由于钼原子渗入保护层中,使后者由一种抗氧化能力高的物质转变成一种抗氧化能力低的物质。铝及铝硅保护层的抗热震能力低,保护层一旦破裂后没有自愈的能力。
This article describes the microstructure of the dip-coating after hot-dip coating on molybdenum wire with aluminum and aluminum-silicon alloy (13% Si). Properties and microstructure changes of immersion test specimens during oxidation and thermal shock. Experimental results show that molybdenum wire immersed in aluminum alloy at 750 ℃ for one hour of the specimen can generally be 1250 ℃ for 60 to 100 hours of continuous work, the longest up to 300 hours. Oxidative destruction of aluminum and aluminum silicon protective layer is mainly due to molybdenum atoms into the protective layer, so that the latter by a high antioxidant capacity into a substance with low antioxidant capacity. The thermal shock resistance of aluminum and aluminum silicon protective layer is low, once the protective layer is ruptured, there is no ability to self-healing.
