十八届三中全会吹响经济改革新号角11月9日至12日,中国共产党第十八届中央委员会第三次全体会议在北京召开。全会审议通过《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》,发布了《中国共产党第十八届中央委员会第三次全体会议公报》。公报提出,适应经济全球化新形势,必须推动对内对外开放相互促进、引进来和走出去更好结合,促进国际国内要素有序自由流动、资源高效配置、市场深度融合,加快培育参与和引领国际经济合作竞争新优势,以开放促改革。要放宽投资准入,加快自由贸易区建设,扩大内陆沿边开放。点评:全会站在新的历史起点上,吹响了全面深化改革的号角,凸显出中国发展新的走向。
The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee Sounded a New Horn of Economic Reform From November 9 to November 12, the 3rd plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee was held in Beijing. The plenary session reviewed and adopted the Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Important Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of the Reform and released the Communique of the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. The communique pointed out: To adapt to the new situation of economic globalization, we must promote mutual promotion of internal and external opening up, introduce and come in better combination with each other, promote orderly and free flow of domestic and international resources, allocate resources efficiently, deeply integrate the market, and foster the participation and lead International Economic Cooperation, Competition, New Advantages, and Opening Up to Promote Reform. We should relax investment access, speed up the construction of a free trade area and open up landlocked areas along the border. Comments: The plenary session stands at a new historical starting point and sounded the horn of deepening the overall reform, highlighting the new trend of China’s development.
