在数字化背景下,高校图书馆工作发生了重大转向,主要表现在:服务内容、师生需求以及对馆员的素质要求等等。因此,图书馆馆员迫切需要提高自身素质,以契合数字化背景下图书馆事业发展的要求。相应地,图书馆馆员考核方式也应该与时俱进地加以改革。当下,创新图书馆馆员的考核方式,培养高素质的馆员已成为当务之急。本文就高校图书馆馆员考核路径展开探讨,以探求符合21世纪图书馆发展需要的人员考核方式。
In the digital background, the university library has undergone major changes in its work, mainly in: service content, teachers and students demand and the quality of librarians and so on. Therefore, librarians urgently need to improve their own quality to meet the requirements of the development of the library under the digital environment. Correspondingly, the way of assessing librarians should also be changed with the times. At present, it is imperative to innovate the assessment methods of librarians and cultivate high quality librarians. This article explores the path of university library librarians’examination in order to explore the assessment methods of personnel that meet the needs of the development of libraries in the 21st century.
