随着人口的增长与房屋价格的上涨,世界各地的人们为了住有所居,创造出了许多简易的“房子”。在日本,有“胶囊旅馆”;在奥地利,有“管道旅馆”;在俄罗斯,有“睡眠盒子”;在中国,出现了“集装箱房”。同“城中村”一样,对“集装箱房”的处置也将是考验城市治理的一道难题。集装箱住人,似乎够滋润:大箱子里外装修随心所欲,开门是个店,闭门是个家。想搬了,用吊车轻松一“拎”就能离开……在上海城郊,“集装箱开店住人”并非新鲜事物。在宝山、外高桥、崇明等地的城乡接合部,在遍布碎石瓦砾的空地上,住人集装箱遍地开花。而“箱内人”的生活究竟如何?是否存在严重的安全隐患?
