急腹症是消化系统及腹内脏器疾病中最常见的症状,是以急性腹痛为主要特征,并伴有胃肠功能紊乱或急性全身症状等一系列表现的一种普通外科的常见病、多发病,具有起病急、发展快、病情重、病情复杂等特点。特别是老年人多数反应较为迟钝,腹痛往往不十分剧烈,或是腹痛的部位说不清楚,给诊断带来一定的困难,因此更需要准确地判断,及时地处理。
