供电企业在建设工程和维护日常生产中需要消耗大量的物资,提高物资管理水平是企业节本降耗的一个重要方面。零库存物资管理,并非是没有库存而是指库存量满足一定周期的领用需要,达到一种需求和领用平衡的状态。实现合理库存量可以减少对流动资金的占用,提高资金的周转率;减少库存储备量,避免闲置物资积压;降低企业的生产成本,管理成本等显著优点。
