From July 12 to July 19, 1986, China Tea Association jointly held the “Seminar on Developing High-quality Exported Red Chopped Tea” with the Agricultural Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, the Tea and Livestock Production Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce and the China Native Produce Import and Export Corporation. 147 delegates attended the conference and received 65 reports, including the summary report and planning ideas.
