在几天前朱基总理答九届全国人大三次会议的记者提问中,第一个回答就着重介绍了“西气东输”工程.在此之前,今年的政府工作报告,也将这个工程的建设列入国家加快基础设施建设的项目里.其实,在西部大开发的战略中,“西气东输”工程可以说是最早明确项目、明确投资额的巨大工程.
