随着我国经济建设体系的不断健全,房建施工规模不断扩大,为了适应现阶段建筑工程的工作要求,进行房建施工管理环节及质量控制环节的协调是必要的。整体来看,房建工程项目体系具备复杂性的特点,该文就我国建筑施工管理的常见问题展开分析,旨在推进新型房建施工管理及质量控制策略的应用。
With the continuous improvement of the economic construction system in our country, the construction scale of housing construction continues to expand. In order to meet the requirements of the current construction work, it is necessary to carry out the coordination of the construction management and quality control aspects of the housing construction. This article analyzes the common problems of construction management in China and aims to promote the application of new construction management and quality control strategies.
