恶性肿瘤的控制包括五个部分:一、肿瘤流行 病学和肿瘤生物学特性的研究;二、肿瘤的Ⅰ级预 防,也就是控制或消除肿瘤的病因,或阻断其致癌途 径的工作;三、肿瘤的Ⅱ级预防,即研究如何早发现 和早诊断恶性肿瘤,使能得到及时而有效的治疗; 四、诊断和治疗;五、康复或后期管理。Ⅱ级预防是 其中一个重要的组成部分。在致癌原因和癌变机理 尚未彻底弄清,而肿病的发病和死亡对人类危害愈 益严重的今天,更是当务之急。
The control of malignant tumors consists of five parts: First, the study of the epidemiology of tumors and the biological characteristics of tumors; Second, the prevention of tumors at the level I, that is, the control or elimination of the causes of tumors, or the work of blocking their carcinogenic pathways; Grade II prevention of tumors, that is, research on how to detect early and early diagnosis of malignant tumors, enabling timely and effective treatment; IV.
