为了探讨磁化水对小白鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响。我们用通过磁场50次的磁化水,对38只小白鼠进行实验观察。实验分四组进行。第一组为正常对照组,第二组为自来水对照组,第三组为0.4毫升磁化水组,第四组为0.8毫升磁化水组。在小白鼠腹腔注射7天,然后观察对小白鼠巨噬细胞功能的影响。实验结果表明,吞噬百分率和吞噬指数明显升高。经统计学处理,机率P非常显著。
To investigate the effect of magnetized water on the phagocytosis of peritoneal macrophages in mice. We used 38 samples of magnetized water that passed the magnetic field to observe 38 mice. The experiment was divided into four groups. The first group was the normal control group, the second group was the tap water control group, the third group was the magnetized water group of 0.4 ml, and the fourth group was the magnetized water group of 0.8 ml. The mice were injected intraperitoneally for 7 days and then the effects on macrophage functions of the mice were observed. The experimental results showed that the percentage of phagocytosis and phagocytosis index increased significantly. After statistical analysis, the probability P is very significant.
