应用图象分析仪,对41例星形细胞瘤进行了原位DNA定量研究。以小淋巴细胞作为正常二倍体(2.22±0.32 AU)对照,绘制DNA分布直方图。Ⅰ~Ⅱ级星形细胞瘤呈2C~4C分布模型,Ⅰ级峰值位于2c,Ⅱ级位于3C~4C,且有一定数量的多倍体细胞(28.5%)Ⅲ~Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤DNA含量明显增加(7.13±1.82 AU,6.76±0.81 AU),直方图呈弥散、多峰分布模型,峰值位于异倍体或非整倍体。研究显示,异倍体和非整倍体细胞的出现是恶性的重要标志,Ⅱ级肥胖型星形细胞瘤有较高的恶变倾向。
In situ image analysis of 41 cases of astrocytomas was performed using image analysis. DNA distribution histograms were plotted using small lymphocytes as normal diploids (2.22 ± 0.32 AU). Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ grade astrocytoma showed 2C ~ 4C distribution model, Ⅰ peak at 2c, Ⅱ at 3C ~ 4C, and a certain number of polyploid cells (28.5%) Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ grade astrocytoma DNA (7.13 ± 1.82 AU, 6.76 ± 0.81 AU). The histogram showed a diffuse, multimodal distribution model with peak at aneuploidy or aneuploidy. Studies have shown that the appearance of aneuploidy and aneuploid cells is an important indicator of malignancy, grade Ⅱ obese astrocytoma has a higher tendency to malignant.
