针对磨机磨筒在粉磨过程的严重磨损以及某些特种材料对纯度的高要求,提出了一种基于行星式磨机的自保护方法,分析了该方法与传统方法相比所具有的优点以及保护层厚度和磨机诸参数的关系,最后给出了实现自保护的条件.
Aiming at the severe wear of grinding mill in grinding process and the high purity requirement of some special materials, a self-protection method based on planetary mill is proposed. The advantages of this method compared with the traditional method are analyzed And the relationship between the thickness of the protective layer and the parameters of the mill. Finally, the conditions for achieving self-protection are given.
