从分布式反馈激光器（ＤＦＢ＿ＬＤ）的速率方程出发，分析了激光器固有的非线性特性，说明了在光纤ＣＡＴＶ系统中其对系统指标的影响以及改善指标的途径．设计了预失真电路，该电路对由激光器所产生的二阶和三阶失真具有良好的补偿作用．它主要适用于直接调制型光源的场合．
Based on the rate equation of distributed feedback laser (DFB_LD), the inherent nonlinearity of the laser is analyzed. The influence on the system index and the way to improve the index in the fiber CATV system are illustrated. A predistortion circuit is designed which has a good compensation for the second and third order distortion generated by the laser. It is mainly suitable for direct modulation type light source.
