In recent years, in the English science books and periodicals, abbreviations (or abbreviations) have been used more and more, and now seem to be even worse, giving rise to a flood of disasters. The vast majority of these abbreviations are not conventions, but the author for the convenience of writing, temporarily fabricated. Here is a small statistics. There is an English summary, the abbreviation can be up to 40 per page, at least there are more than 20. The longest by five or even six letters. Sometimes two abbreviations appear together, up to seven or eight letters long. Under the influence of the above trend, the authors of our country also handle and manufacture many foreign abbreviations, which are used in Chinese scientific publications not only in the text but also in the title and title. This phenomenon seems to be particularly fierce in the field of biological sciences, and there is also a lot of potential flooding.
