软件电子光学软件包电子光学软件包包括实际计算的若干个独立程序,它们都是以过去介绍过的数学和物理概念为基础的。这些计算方法完全可与C.Weber早期在本刊和其它地方介绍的方法相比。目前电子光学软件包包括如下一些程序。 RELA:本程序通过求解大量的差分方程来计算各矩形网格的结点电位。 BAAN:本程序用于计算静电场中的电子轨迹,其静电场是用RELA计算出来的数据描述的。BAAN程序同时可以利用磁场计算程序计算出来的数据。
Software Electronic Optical Software Package The Electronic Optical Software Package consists of a number of stand-alone programs that are actually calculated, all based on the mathematical and physical concepts introduced in the past. These calculations are entirely comparable to those previously described by C. Weber in this issue and elsewhere. The current e-optical software package includes the following programs. RELA: This program calculates the node potential of each rectangular grid by solving a large number of difference equations. BAAN: This program is used to calculate the electron trajectory in the electrostatic field, the electrostatic field is calculated using RELA data described. BAAN program can also use the magnetic field calculation program to calculate the data.
