用10-100Hz频率的交流电研究了铝箔在盐酸溶液中的电解侵蚀,以获得高的表面积扩大率K_0值。K_0与频率的关系曲线上存在一相对最佳频率f_m。f_m随温度升高移向较高频率端。20Hz与35℃条件下得到的K_0值最大。频率增高有利于使侵蚀膜增厚,温度升高使膜溶解。用膜重G击破电位E_p与f之间的关系解释了K_0的变化。讨论了铝箔原始表面状态对侵蚀过程的影响。
Electrolytic erosion of aluminum foil in hydrochloric acid solution was studied with alternating current of 10-100 Hz to obtain high K_0 value of surface area expansion. K_0 and the frequency of the relationship between the curve there is a relative best frequency f_m. f_m moves toward the higher frequency end as the temperature increases. The values of K_0 obtained at 20Hz and 35 ℃ are the highest. Higher frequency is conducive to thickening of the erosion film, the temperature increases the dissolution of the film. Using membrane weight G to break the relationship between potential E_p and f explains the change of K_0. The effect of the original surface condition of aluminum foil on the erosion process is discussed.
