用包吕斯 (Borist)炉模拟研究了少量喷煤高炉、富氧喷煤高炉和氧气高炉的炉身还原过程。结果表明 :氧气高炉炉身还原条件明显改善 ,还原后烧结矿、块矿和球团矿的金属化率分别超过 70 %、80 %和 90 % ,是普通高炉的 2倍以上。不论对于氧气高炉还是普通高炉 ,在还原过程中 ,烧结矿的强度变化不大 ,而球团矿和块矿的强度却大幅度下降
A Borist furnace simulation was used to study the reduction of the shaft of a small number of blast furnaces, oxygen-rich blast furnaces and oxygen blast furnaces. The results show that the reduction conditions of oxygen blast furnace shaft obviously improve, and the metallization rates of sinter ore, lump ore and pellet are over 70%, 80% and 90% respectively after reduction, which is more than twice that of ordinary blast furnace. For the oxygen blast furnace or the ordinary blast furnace, the strength of the sinter does not change much during the reduction process, but the strength of the pellets and lump ore is greatly reduced
