目的 :应用行为功效学的方法 ,观察和筛选药物对增强和改善高原移居者脑 -体工作能力的作用效能 ;方法 :选择进驻海拔 3 70 0m高原 6个月的某部汉族男性健康青年3 0名 ,分 3组 ,A组 (口服炒面胶囊 1 0人 ) ;B组 (口服乙酰唑胺 1 0人 ) ;C组 (口服依那普利、硝苯吡啶 1 0人 ) ,于服药前、服药 1 5天后、停药 1 0天后 3个阶段应用EGM型自行车功量仪进行达负荷指标的运动 ,于每次运动后 1 0分钟用DDX -2 0 0型电脑多功能心理生理能力测试仪进行右手左脚、左手右脚交叉动作频率测验与光信号记忆测验 ;结果 :服药前运动后的右手左脚与左手右脚交叉动作频率测验 ,3组间比较无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5) ;服药 1 5天运动后与服药前运动后比较 ,左右手、左右脚交叉动作频率B组、C组总次数、正确次数及错误次数显著增多 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5) ;光信号记忆测验错误次数显著减少 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,服药 1 5天运动后与停药 1 0天运动后比较 ,左右手、左右脚交叉动作频率B组、C组总次数、正确次数显著增多 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5)。光信号记忆测验B组、C组错误次数显著减少 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,停药 1 0天运动后与服药前运动后比较 ,B组、C组右手左脚及左手右脚交叉动作频率正确次数显著增多 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,光信号记忆测验错误次
