近年来,职务犯罪不断呈现新的特点与趋势,我国的反腐工作受到新形势的严峻考验,因此,创新工作方法和办案机制,构建职务犯罪侦查情报网,提高我国检察机关查处职务犯罪案件的能力也成为未来职务犯罪查办工作的发展趋势。本文结合理论和实际情况,探讨了构建职务犯罪情报网的现实意义与必要性,为创新职务犯罪案件查办机制提出具有现实意义的建议。
In recent years, there have been new features and trends in job-related crimes. Our country’s anti-corruption work has been severely challenged by the new situation. Therefore, innovating working methods and case handling mechanisms, building a duty crime investigation intelligence network and improving the ability of procuratorial organs in China to investigate and deal with duty crime cases It has also become the development trend of investigation and handling of office crimes in the future. Based on the theory and the actual situation, this article explores the practical significance and necessity of building a job-based criminal intelligence network, and puts forward practical suggestions for the innovation of the investigation mechanism of job-related crimes.
