随着全国跃进形势的发展,建筑材料的生产也就大量的增加,其中水泥的生产尤其占着主要的地位。于是寻找一种设备既简单效率又高的水泥原材料的化学分析方法就成为我们当前的重要任务。我们曾经历过一段时间在实践中的实验终于找到了以瓷坩埚代替铂坩埚来熔融试样,用煤球炉代替马弗炉,以及以EDTA容量法代替重量法等的土法快速分析方法。这样就可以省去许多价值昂贵的设备,而且在1—2天内就可得到分析结果,如果有的部门巳经有铂坩埚或马弗炉,那末在几小时之内就可以得出结果。我们将分析原理和操作步骤分别叙述如下:

Finding a chemical analysis method for cement raw materials with simple and efficient equipment has become an important task for us at this moment. We have been through experiments for some time and finally found the method of rapid analysis of soil by using porcelain crucible instead of platinum crucible to melt the sample, replacing the muffle furnace with a briquette furnace, and replacing the gravimetric method with the EDTA volumetric method. As a result, many expensive equipment can be dispensed with and the results can be obtained in 1-2 days. If some departments already have platinum crucibles or muffle furnaces, then results can be obtained within a few hours. We will analyze the principle and operation steps are described as follows:
