(3) Fluorescence Analysis Fluorescence analysis is another method of analysis using emission spectroscopy. It is true that its application in the analysis of Greek soil is limited. It is a visible emission spectrum that is excited by strong electromagnetic radiation (such as UV light) and has maximum efficiency when the UV wavelength is in the 210-230mμ range. Fluorescence spectra were taken from a vessel containing the solution under study using a spectrograph.
