一、工程概况: 桥口油压管柱桩闸是我省第一座采用油压与管柱桩相结合的水利工程。该闸位于河南省周口地区项城县泥河与长虹运河的交叉处,其闸室紧靠桥口公路桥,全闸十孔,每孔净跨为4.3米,闸门高为5.5米,全闸长89米,宽55米。其控制流域面积670平方公里。设计二十年防洪流量570秒立米,五年除涝流量296秒立米。它既可以节制泥河来水,增加蓄水量(约500万方)补充地下水,又可以调节长虹水位,以扩大灌溉面积,随着农田配套进一步完善就可以灌溉10万亩农田,同时,这项农田基本建
