冠通四号是我院第一附属医院用于门诊冠心病人的药物,临床观察为减少心绞痛发作频率及减轻疼痛方面疗效较好的药物之一。为了观察其疗效是否与改善缺血心肌侧支循环的作用有关,本实验在家兔结紥冠状动脉前降支复制慢性实验性心肌梗塞模型,并对该模型进行心电图检查及观察心肌内血管演变的情况,以了解心肌梗塞的自然演变过程,尤其是侧支循环的演变过程及冠通四号对该过程的影响。
