目的:研究外源性成纤维细胞生长因子-2(fibroblastgrowthfactor,FGF-2)对损伤面运动神经元降钙基因相关肽(calcitoningene-relatedpeptide,CGRP)代谢的调节作用。方法:采用大鼠面神经损伤模型,在损伤面神经近侧断端加人外源性FGF-2,同时以生理盐水做对照,观察面运动神经元CGRP兔疫阳性细胞数和灰度值。结果:与生理盐水组比较,FGF-2Ⅰ组和FGF-2Ⅱ组损伤侧面运动神经元CGRP染色强度明显下降(灰度值百分比:P<0.01);FGF-2Ⅱ组损伤侧面运动神经元CGRP阳性细胞数减少(阳性细胞数比:P<0.05)。结论:外源性FGF-2对损伤面运动神经元CGRP的表达有负向调节作用。
AIM: To investigate the regulatory effect of fibroblast growth factor-2 (FGF-2) on the metabolism of calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in injured facial motor neurons. Methods: The model of facial nerve injury was used in rats. Exogenous FGF-2 was added to the proximal segment of the injured facial nerve. At the same time, saline was used as the control to observe the number and gray value of CGRP positive cells. Results: Compared with the saline group, the intensity of CGRP staining in the lateral motor neurons of FGF-2 I group and FGF-2 II group was significantly decreased (percentage of gray value: P <0.01); the level of CGRP The number of positive cells decreased (positive cell ratio: P <0.05). Conclusion: Exogenous FGF-2 negatively regulates the expression of CGRP in injured facial motor neurons.
