褐稻虱以口针刺入植株吸取汁液,导致水稻失绿、枯萎,甚至死亡。我们用~(14)C 示踪,在不同生育期水稻植株上研究了各龄若虫和不同性别、翅型成虫的吸食量,简报如下。方法将苗期、分蘖期、孕穗期和灌浆期的双丰一号晚粳感虫品种水稻各一盆,于9月21日上午9时放入50×52×65厘米的有机玻璃光合室内饲喂~(14)CO_2。总剂量为200微居里,饲喂过程中单向通气,使密闭系统内~(14)CO_2气体不断循环,历时30分钟。回收剩余~(14)CO_2 30分钟。在饲喂后二天,将一定数量的9个虫态的褐稻虱,即一、二、三、四、五龄若虫,
