对河北省保定市生态公益林建设的现状进行了分析,指出存在的突出问题是补偿范围覆盖不全面、补偿标准偏低、林分质量不高、生态功能较低、管护投入少、管护机构不健全。结合几年来的林业工作实践,提出了保定市生态公益林的保护、利用和发展的具体对策,提出要从科学规划、改善林分质量、创新管护机制、完善补偿金管理制度、科学利用等方面推进生态公益林建设可持续发展。
The status quo of ecological public welfare forest in Baoding, Hebei Province was analyzed.
