将经过0、30、60、90、120和150℃有效积温(以下称积温)处理的柞蚕蛹用于培育蚕蛹虫草,通过调查和检测柞蚕蛹虫草的生长状况及氨基酸组成与主要活性成分含量、超氧化物歧化(SOD)酶活力,考察不同发育程度柞蚕蛹对培育蚕蛹虫草的生长性状与营养保健品质的影响。结果表明,柞蚕蛹感受积温不超过90℃时,蛹虫草菌对柞蚕蛹的感染速度较快,僵蛹率在92%以上,生产蚕蛹虫草总鲜质量及子实体的数量、长度等产量指标显著高于感受积温120℃、150℃的柞蚕蛹生产的蚕蛹虫草(P<0.05);柞蚕蛹感受积温在0~120℃之间,随着积温增加,生产蚕蛹虫草的氨基酸总量也有增加趋势,当感受积温150℃时生产蚕蛹虫草的氨基酸总量又降低,比最高组(氨基酸总量的质量分数为35.05%)减少了28.73%;柞蚕蛹感受积温60℃时生产蚕蛹虫草的虫草素含量最高,质量比达到1.15 mg/g;随着柞蚕蛹感受积温的增加,生产蚕蛹虫草中的虫草多糖含量与SOD酶活力逐渐降低,柞蚕蛹感受积温150℃时生产蚕蛹虫草中的虫草酸含量最高(质量分数达13.23%)。试验结果提示,利用柞蚕滞育蛹或轻度发育蛹可以高效生产出品质优良的蚕蛹虫草。

With the increase of accumulated temperature, the total amount of amino acids of silkworm cordyceps militaris also increased. When the accumulated temperature was 150 ℃, the total amount of amino acids in silkworm cordyceps militaris decreased, which was 28.73% lower than that in the highest group (the mass fraction of amino acids was 35.05%). The highest content of cordycepin in Cordyceps militaris , And the mass ratio reached 1.15 mg / g. With the increase of accumulated temperature of tussah pupae, the content of polysaccharide and the activity of SOD in Cordyceps militaris decreased gradually, the content of Cordyceps militaris in Cordyceps militaris was the highest Mass fraction of 13.23%). The test results suggest that using silkworm diapause diapause pupae or lightly developing pupae can produce high quality silkworm cordyceps.
