以芦笋高产品种“井岗701”的无菌茎尖为试材,采用正交实验设计方法,研究嘧啶醇、KT、2,4-D、脱落酸、6-BA和NAA等不同植物激素浓度组合对愈伤组织、胚状体以及幼苗诱导的影响。结果表明:MS+2,4-D 2.0mg/L+KT 1.0mg/L诱导愈伤组织效果最好,出愈率达到80%左右。MS+0.70mg/L嘧啶醇+0.10mg/L NAA+0.50mg/L KT诱导胚状体效果最好,诱导率高达95%。MS+NAA 0.5mg/L+6-BA 1.0mg/L诱导胚状体成苗率达到60%左右。室外移栽成活率高达90%,初步建立了芦笋由胚状体到幼苗的一步成苗体系。
Aseptic stem tips of high-yielding variety “Jinggang 701” with high yield of asparagus were used as experimental materials. Orthogonal experimental design was used to study the effects of pyrimidinol, KT, 2,4-D, abscisic acid, 6-BA and NAA Effect of hormone concentration on the induction of callus, embryoid body and seedling. Survival rate of outdoor transplanting up to 90%, the initial establishment of asparagus from embryoid body to seedling one-step seedling system.
