患者潘某,男性,8岁。于80年底发高热出皮疹(当时正值海南岛登革热流行时期,被诊断为登革热)。热退后数天,患者头、颜面、双上肢出现舞蹈样抽动,反复发作,夜间睡眠时症状消失,伴有头晕,症状逐渐明显。经某医院门诊治疗未见好转,而于81年4月3日收入海南人民医院儿科,入院时患者头颈部及双上肢时而显舞蹈样抽动,时而蹙眉挤眼,时而喉部发出“咯”一声,表情忧郁寡言。体检发现有神经系统异常体征。血像:Wbc 17200/cm~3,N70%,L28%,m2%,SR
