21例原发性大肠恶性淋巴瘤经手术和病理证实,发病年龄4～57岁,平均35.4岁,男:女为4.24:1。疗前病期1～36月,平均7.5月。术前诊断本病者2例。根治手术加术后辅助放疗、化疗者;临床Ⅰ_E,Ⅱ_E期者预后较好。按寿命表法计算全组5年生存率为65.83％。
Twenty-one patients with primary colorectal malignant lymphoma were confirmed by surgery and pathology. The age of onset was 4 to 57 years old with an average age of 35.4 years. Male and female were 4.24:1. The pre-treatment period is from 1 to 36 months, with an average of 7.5 months. Preoperative diagnosis of the disease in 2 cases. Radical surgery plus adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy; clinical I_E, II_E patients have a better prognosis. According to the life table method, the 5-year survival rate for the whole group was 65.83%.
