电子工业部一四二三所和中国科学院上海光机所联合研制成了DW-Ⅰ型电缆外径测量控制仪。该仪器采用激光扫描的原理,利用激光方向性好的特点,用激光束对被测物外径进行扫描,从挡光部份取出外径的测量信息。由于在光学系统中采用了F-θ透镜,在信号处理时采取了半峰检出电路和二次清零电路等措施,该仪器具有精度高、抗干扰性能好(在烟雾和电磁场的干扰下仍能正常工作)、快速、非接触等优点。该机经使用证明性能稳定,达到了使用要求。
Ministry of Electronics Industry, one two two three and the Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences jointly developed DW-Ⅰ cable diameter measurement controller. The instrument uses the principle of laser scanning, the use of the characteristics of good laser direction, with the laser beam to be measured on the outer diameter of the scan, remove the light from the outer diameter of the measurement information. Since the F-θ lens is adopted in the optical system, half-peak detection circuit and secondary zero-clearing circuit are adopted in the signal processing. The instrument has the advantages of high precision and good anti-interference performance (under the interference of smoke and electromagnetic field Still working), fast, non-contact and so on. The machine proved to be stable by the use, reached the use requirements.
