烟台是全国“城市综合实力50强”城市,目前已有5个县市跨入全国“社会经济最发达100县”行列。2003年,烟台市新引进利用外资项目938个,合同利用外资额40.1亿美元,同比增长79.3%;实际利用外资20.5亿美元,增长70%以上。其中新批千万美元以上大项目101个,合同外资额19.5亿美元,增长81%,占全市总额的48.7%。日前,就烟台招商何以胜出,记者采访了烟台市投资促进局局长张行如。
Yantai is one of the “cities with the top 50 cities in comprehensive strength” in the country. At present, 5 counties and cities have stepped into the “100 most developed socio-economic counties” in the country. In 2003, Yantai newly introduced 938 foreign-funded projects with a contracted amount of 4.01 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 79.3% over the same period of last year. The actually utilized foreign investment was 2.05 billion U.S. dollars, up by 70% or more. Among them, there were 101 newly approved large projects with a total value of over 10 million U.S. dollars. The contracted foreign investment was 1.95 billion U.S. dollars, up 81%, accounting for 48.7% of the city’s total.
