2016 National Science and Technology Award Conference Held in Beijing On the morning of January 9, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council held a grand award ceremony for state science and technology awards in Beijing. Party and state leaders Xi Jinping, Li Keqiang, Liu Yunshan and Zhang Gaoli attended the conference and presented awards to the winners.
