目的探讨MODS的病理组织形态特征,建立一种病理诊断指标.方法选用健康日本大耳白兔12只,随机分为实验与对照两组.实验组采用CLP法造成腹腔感染,制成MODS动物模型,对照组为假手术组.分别用光镜和电镜对主要器官的组织形态学变化进行观察.结果从光镜到电镜,实验组各器官组织均有相应不同程度的实质性改变.主要组织形态特征是:①构成器官的实质细胞变性坏死;②小血管、毛细血管扩张、瘀血,中性粒细胞聚集,微血栓形成;③间质水肿,炎细胞浸润.以肺、小肠表现最为显著.结论上述发现对于深入认识MODS的发病机制提供了病理学基础,可做为MODS时病理诊断的参考指标.
Objective To investigate the pathological features of MODS and establish a pathological diagnosis index. Methods Twelve healthy Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group. In the experimental group, intraperitoneal infection was induced by the CLP method, and animal models of MODS were made. The control group was sham-operated group. Morphological changes of major organs were observed with light microscope and electron microscope respectively. Results From light microscopy to electron microscopy, the experimental group had different degrees of substantial changes in various organs and tissues. The main histological features are: ① the formation of organs of the cell degeneration and necrosis; ② small blood vessels, telangiectasia, blood stasis, neutrophil aggregation, micro-thrombosis; ③ interstitial edema, inflammatory cell infiltration. The most obvious lung and small intestine performance. Conclusions The above findings provide a pathological basis for understanding the pathogenesis of MODS, which can be used as a reference index for the pathological diagnosis of MODS.
