根据国家劳动部门的部署,发展社区就业已经被确定为再就业的主攻方向,也是我国建立市场导向就业机制的基础。众所周知,我国的就业压力十分巨大,再加上下岗职工协议期满即将出中心,如何引导和推动全国各地社区服务业的发展,创造性地推动工作,努力开创再就业的新局面,是必须关注的问题。要想促进社区就业的发展,必须抓好两个问题,一个是社区就业需求量大小的问题,另一个是置换外来人员的可能性问题,这是促进社区就业的关键。
