The automatic control theory is used to study the dynamic performance of gear transmission under actual working conditions. The differential equation model between the circumferential vibration and noise of spur gear transmission is established by the system identification algorithm. This model can accurately describe the dynamic characteristics of gear transmission system . It provides a new research method for the research of dynamic performance of gear drive system
