立法“深宅”为民众敞开曾几何时,“宅院深深”的中国立法,大门已渐为民众开启。从中央到地方,立法尊重民情、吸纳民意,“开门立法”已经成为中国法治十年中最为闪耀的关键词。
Legislation “deep house ” for the public to open once the time, “house deep ” Chinese legislation, the door has gradually opened to the public. From the central government to the local government, the legislation respects the sentiments of the people and absorbs public opinion. The “open door legislation” has become the most shining key word in the ten years of Chinese rule of law.
