针对已经研制的某综合传动装置上应用的湿式换挡离合器,确定了其摩擦副的有限元分析模型和边界条件,给出了摩擦副的热流密度和对流换热系数计算公式,并利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对换挡离合器在结合过程中不同工况参数下摩擦副瞬态内部温度场分布规律进行了仿真分析。
Aiming at the wet shift clutch which has been developed for an integrated transmission device, the finite element analysis model and boundary conditions of the friction pair were established. The heat flux density and convection heat transfer coefficient of the friction pair were given. The meta-analysis software simulates the transient temperature distribution inside the friction pair under different operating conditions during the clutch operation.
