缺血预适应(IPC)是体内普遍存在的一种强大的自身的保护机制。随着研究的不断深入,发现心肌缺血预适应存在具有更广泛临床意义的延迟保护作用,并且这种延迟保护作用与诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)的活化及蛋白激酶C(PKC)通路有关。文章就心肌缺血预适应延迟保护作用机制与iNOS及PKC的关系研究进展作一综述。
Ischemic preconditioning (IPC) is a powerful self-protection mechanism prevailing in the body. With the deepening of research, we found that myocardial ischemic preconditioning has a more clinical significance of delayed protection, and this delayed protection is associated with activation of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and protein kinase C (PKC) Path related. This article reviews the research progress on the relationship between the delayed protection of myocardial ischemic preconditioning and the relationship between iNOS and PKC.
